ast week I called to make a an appointment to have my son's 2008 Ford Escape repaired and they set me up for Monday visit. When I arrived there, The parking lot of full of cars - to me a sign that they serve a lot of customers. I dropped off the vehicle which had serious brake issues ( ABS lights flashing and all) and was told they'd get in touch with me shortly. That afternoon, they called me with a very reasonable estimate for repair work and asked if they fix a couple of other things that needed attention (brake pads, bushings, etc..) I said yes and they made the repairs in less than a day . The car runs great now and the best part is, I didn't have to pay a fortune for the repair work. Thank you Rob's Garage for your fine work and prompt service. I see no reason to ever use another auto repair shop again. Highly recommend this business.

I just started coming here a year ago and I'll never go anywhere else. As a woman I've always dreaded vehicle repair and maintenance because I dont know much about it and my checkbook has been taken advantage of several times being sold things I didnt need at other places. Not here! Everyone is friendly and they do great work at the most fair pricing I've ever experienced. I am super stoked to have found this place and would recommend 100%.

I picked up a nail on my drive home after the Holidays and stopped at Rob's. 20 minutes later I am back on the highway heading home. As busy as they were they still fit me in . Very professional and caring.

Rob, Haley and the entire team continue to knock it out of the park with their customer service. I called after close to get a tow. They were out in 10 minutes and the entire process took maybe 15.
They are always helpful and reasonable.
We will continue to go only here in town.

Rob's Tire & Auto Care is amazing! Had to replace the tires on my Acadia, called around and Rob's was by far the most affordable for the better tires AND an oil change. Dropped it off the night before after hours and we were shocked when we got the call that it was done BEFORE 9am the next morning!! The guys are very knowledgeable and efficient. Haley in the office was super sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Where do I begin?! I have a car that has baffled mechanics on several occasions. Rob's was not only able to diagnose and fix it, but also do it cheaper and faster! Never once did they make me feel like I bugging then with my issues. They restored my car and my trust in my vehicle. Life long customer from this point forward! I cannot recommend highly enough!

Called Rob's Tire & Auto Care at 8:30 Sunday morning after my daughter and I took a trip into the ditch, courtesy of the black ice on the northbound 131 ramp, on our way to church. Rob came and got us back on the road in time to still make first service! It's great to have someone that you know you can call, you can trust & who treats you like family! Thanks Rob !!

Needed a headlight replaced on my outlander. I called the dealership- Zeigler required that I make an appointment and quoted me a starting price of $40.00 FOR A HEADLIGHT! I stopped at Rob's, he replaced the light in under 10 min., no appointment necessary, at 1/4 of the price. Thank you for giving me the confidence that good, honest people exist.

Can't thank Rob's Tire & Auto Care enough! My hubby and I were on our way to Chicago Saturday morning when the water pump went out on our Jeep. We were 150 miles from home and 150 miles from our destination. Jeremy stopped everything ordered a new pump and had us back on the road in no time. Such a pleasure to deal with people who really care.

I was expecting everyone to be out of stock after the recent weather. The second place I stopped was Rob's Tire & Auto Care. They looked and actually had both winter and summer. Excellent service, awesome price, fast turn around and the used tires I got we're almost new. I found a new tire guy!

I started using Rob's tire and auto care for recent tire changes on two cars. I had all four tires replaced on both. Not only did he give me the best price in town. Additionally, I also asked him for alignments on both vehicles. When I came to pay he said the alignment was right on and wasn't going to charge me for them. He could've easily taken my 55 bucks but he's an honest guy. When there was a little issue with my tires on my truck he made it right for me the very next day. This guy comes through and he's won me over as a customer for life. I can't recommend Rob's enough.

The guys from Rob's Tire & Auto Care just rescued us after having a flat on the way home from Chicago. They picked us up within 10 minutes of calling and had us back on the road in 20 minutes!! Thanks a million!!

I dropped off my car to get an oil change and look over for coolant smell. On the night drop information I left with them, I authorized 200 in repairs w/o consulting me first regarding the coolant smell. when I picked the car up, Rob was so nice! Told me that he couldn't find anything, and didn't even charge me diagnostic time. For someone who has previously worked in a auto service shop, this is unheard of. It does take them time to check everything over, and they should get some money to do so. BUT....the fact that this was my first time here, I was so pleased with his willingness to wave this fee (that I had already ok'd) to assure my business again. Everyone at check out was friendly and kind, and I've continued to take my car here afterwards. Recommend this shop WAY MORE than others in the area, who i have had to deal with before. THANK YOU ROB!!!!!!!

My tire blew out on my way into Kalamazoo, and Rob's Tire & Auto Care happened to be the closest tire shop. They were awesome. I openly confessed to knowing next to nothing about tires and instead of typical "heh heh dumb girl" condescension that I usually get at auto shops, they were responsive and helpful. They first checked to see if the tire was fixable and then gave me a range of options with no pressure to choose the most expensive one. If I lived in the area, I'd make them my default auto care shop.
